Some school activities...

Julia has really enjoyed being in the school choir this year. They even got to perform at Abravanel Hall, which was one of her very favorites. Here are a few pictures of their spring concert just a few weeks ago. She did awesome.

Another thing Julia participated in this year was the Third Grade Simple Machines Fair. Each third grader was supposed to make a miniature golf course hold that used simple machines. Julia's was a "carnival" theme and she used Imaginext, Tinker Toys, and Geo Trax. She used a pulley and an incline plane as her simple machines. Then they brought them to school and set them up in the gym where all the kids in the school could come and try them out. Hers was a big hit.
